Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using ZenCall.

Effective Date: June 14th, 2025

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ZenCall. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of Service

ZenCall allows users to make outbound voice calls via the internet using third-party telecom APIs (e.g., Telnyx). You agree to use ZenCall only for lawful, respectful communication and not for spam, harassment, fraud, or any illegal purpose.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your ZenCall account credentials. You agree not to share your login information or impersonate another person or entity.

4. Acceptable Use

By using ZenCall, you agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy protected parts of ZenCall.
  • Use ZenCall to place robocalls, telemarketing calls, or unsolicited commercial calls.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violating any of the above.

5. Third-Party Services

ZenCall relies on third-party providers like Telnyx for call handling. You understand that:

  • We do not control these services.
  • We are not liable for outages, quality issues, or restrictions imposed by them.

6. Fees

ZenCall may charge for premium features or outbound call credits. All payments are final unless otherwise stated. Pricing and billing details are provided before purchase.

7. Credit Expiration

All call credits purchased on ZenCall are subject to expiration. Credits that remain unused for 12 months from the date of purchase will automatically expire and be forfeited. Expired credits are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to use purchased credits within this 12-month period.

8. Monthly Calling Plans — Fair Use Policy

ZenCall offers monthly subscription plans that include unlimited calling to select regions (e.g., United States, Canada). These plans are subject to a fair use policy designed to ensure quality of service for all users.

  • Unlimited calling plans are intended for normal personal and business use.
  • Usage that significantly exceeds typical residential or business calling patterns may be considered outside of fair use.
  • If your usage is determined to exceed fair use, additional calls may be billed at standard per-minute credit rates.
  • ZenCall reserves the right to review usage patterns and modify fair use thresholds at any time.
  • Subscription plans may not be used for call center operations, auto-dialing, or any form of bulk or commercial calling without prior written approval.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZenCall is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenCall and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any reason, with or without notice.

12. Service Discontinuation and Credit Refunds

If ZenCall discontinues its services, we will provide users with at least 30 days' advance notice. Users may request a refund for any unused call credits purchased within the 6 months prior to the service termination date. Call credits purchased more than 6 months before the shutdown notice are non-refundable. By using ZenCall, you agree to this refund policy in the event of service discontinuation.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of ZenCall after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
