Can my callers work from anywhere?
Yes. Calling runs in the browser over WebRTC — nothing to install, no desk phone, no VPN. A caller needs a browser tab and a headset. That matters if your team is remote or offshore and working on their own machines.
Can I upload my list?
Upload a CSV and every contact lands in the To Call queue ready to dial. Map your columns once, and there's no per-record charge for importing — bring 500 leads or 50,000.
What happens to the people who don't pick up?
They land in the Try Again queue with the reason showing — no answer, busy, rejected — sorted oldest first so nobody gets forgotten. Numbers that turn out to be invalid or disconnected move to Bad Numbers and never waste another dial.
